
With a commitment to locally grown, seasonally fresh food, we offer
in-house dinner parties & cooking classes designed to meet our
clients' needs. A wide range of experience in the culinary world at
some of New York City's most highly revered restaurants juxtaposes our
personal philosophies regarding the importance of sustainability and
well-being. Our backgrounds in academia and in health support the
mission of In-House Chefs. Wherever possible, we are committed to
cooking with organic ingredients, including locally grown produce,
cage-free eggs, and hormone and antibiotic free meats, fish and dairy.
Choose from a variety of special menus for your dinner
party, including those created for specific seasons, regions, and
holidays. We take special requests, and offer wine pairings for an
additional charge, which are arranged by a
sommelier from one of the city's New York Times 3-star and Michelin 2-star
restaurants. Cooking classes are for the curious and interested, and
constitute an array of possible learning opportunities, from knife
skills and basic cooking techniques to more advanced lessons in
planning multi-course dinners. Students convene for a feast upon
conclusion of the course.
Our primary objective is to come to your kitchen and create
an unforgettable food experience in the form of a dinner party, while
your only responsibility is to sit back with your guests and eat. For
